Shimmer
Suspended metallic flecks in the ink itself.
Shimmer inks carry actual particles — gold, silver, colored mica — that settle into strokes and catch light. Spectacular in swatches and headlines; a maintenance commitment in daily writers.
Shake before filling, write regularly, and flush thoroughly after: settled shimmer particles are the one ink additive that genuinely can clog a feed left to dry.
